About our chef​​

Cali is a creative self-taught plant-based chef who specialises in high protein, colourful plates.Travelling to Ibiza, London and all over Scotland to cook for guests, Cali is passionate about using whole foods and seasonal produce in her meals and juices.

 

After travelling to India and spending a few months in Asia, Cali expanded her knowledge and culinary skills and wanted to share her love of food with others. In lockdown, Cali started cooking in her mums kitchen using veg from the garden to create nourishing, home cooked meals. Two years later, we now deliver over 200 meals every week to customers and businesses in Fife, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Dundee.

 

The brand ethos

We believe food is medicine. We use high quality ingredients and elements with natural anti- inflammatory properties. Through eating locally, organically and seasonally, we can improve our health,  and our planet too.

Our Roots
Based in Kirkcaldy, Fife, we have an allotment where we grow lots of our own produce, which we hope to expand in the future.​
